Adventure Elopement & Intimate Wedding Photography in Aspen Colorado – Photographers Aspen CO / Spring 2020
Due to the pandemic currently spreading around the globe and the new social distancing guidelines, many large gatherings have had to be canceled or altered. It can be incredibly disappointing when an important event, like a wedding, has to be postponed. I want to extend my sincerest sympathies to all of you who are having to change your plans and your vision for your wedding day.
I want to explain some of the services that Windfirm Photography offers for elopements and small, intimate events. In this uncertain time, it is still possible to have an amazing wedding, the perfect way to start your new life together.
Adventure elopements, small events that allow the bride and groom to get outside in one of their favorite natural settings, can be a wonderful alternative to a traditional wedding. I believe the most beautiful emotions are captured when a couple is alone, able to focus on their love for one another and the things that truly matter in this life. Choosing a location that is truly special to both of you can create an even more perfect setting for your vows. The intimate nature of these moments is always reflected in the photographs that you’ll have for a lifetime.
As an avid hiker and nature lover, it would be my delight to photograph your elopement atop a tall mountain, in a blooming wildflower meadow, beside one of Colorado’s crystal lakes, or even in your backyard, surrounded by your closest family and friends. My camera equipment is light and compact enough for me to pack up nearly any trail, and telephoto lenses allow me to capture images from a very safe distance.
At this uncertain time, it can feel overwhelming to plan a large event for the future. I understand this and would love the opportunity to help you simplify your special day with a beautiful, intimate ceremony. I am available to discuss your many options via phone or email, as well as several video chat platforms in lieu of an in-person meeting.
I hope you all stay healthy and happy during this difficult time, and remember to be kind to yourselves and eachother!
