A big part of web design is graphics design. Often, before building a website, we find ourselves designing logos and more for the client.
A logo design is no simple matter. Often research must be done, inspiration must be found, fonts must be selected, and several designs are usually created before a final is chosen. Proper logo design has limitations, however – it must look good very small or large on a sign or banner, and a version of the logo should have less than 3 colors, and look good with one solid color or greyscale. This will make embroidery and other printing methods that charge by number of colors more cost effective, as well as simplify the logo.
